About Us
We’re a small, dedicated breeder based in Warner Robins, GA, and Shih Tzus are truly a part of our hearts and home. We don’t do this just to have puppies—we do it because we genuinely love this breed and everything they bring into people’s lives: the joy, the cuddles, the companionship, and the way they somehow make everything feel a little brighter.

As someone who has dog allergies, I can’t even describe how special it was to find a breed like the Shih Tzu—not just because they’re hypoallergenic, but because they’re full of personality, charm, and love. They really are little rays of sunshine, and it means the world to us to be able to share that with others.

For us, breeding is something we pour our hearts into. Our dogs aren’t just dogs—they’re family. Every puppy is born right here in our home, raised with love, handled daily, and given tons of attention, snuggles, and early socialization. We’re there with them every step of the way, making sure they’re confident, loved, and ready to become someone’s new best friend.
Our story started back in 2007 when our retired pair, Abigail and Logan, had their first litter. We were new to it then, but we took it seriously—reading, learning, and following AKC guidelines to make sure we were doing everything right. Seeing the joy those puppies brought to other families was what hooked us for life. Abigail and Logan are now retired, but they’re still very much a part of our lives—and the heart of how all this started.

Today, we still do everything with the same care and excitement as we did with that very first litter. Each puppy is unique—some are sassy like mom, others sweet like dad—and we love seeing their little personalities bloom. They grow up playing in our home and yard, getting used to everyday sights and sounds, and being part of a real family before they head off to their new homes.

At Furever Shih Tzus, this is so much more than just breeding—it’s about people finding a puppy they’ll love for a lifetime. Every time a puppy leaves with their new family, it’s bittersweet—but also incredibly fulfilling, knowing we’ve played a part in starting that lifelong bond. We’re so proud of what we do and feel grateful every day to be part of something this special.

Our Birthday Tradition
Every year on a puppy’s first birthday, we reach out to their families with a photo from when their puppy was little. We ask for an updated picture so we can see how much they’ve grown and proudly feature them on our website. We’re truly grateful to everyone who shares these moments with us. It’s such a joy to see our puppies again and watch their journeys. We love each and every one of our puppies deeply in a way that goes beyond words. This is what makes us different from other breeders. We don’t just raise puppies, we care for them like family.
